A wheel and Axel is a wheel that twists around a axel. It is as easy as that.
How does it work?
It works when a wheel is attached around the axel. The wheel will spin and that is what makes a car goes around the city.In every square miles there are tons of wheel and axels.
What is the advantages and disadvantages?
Advantages: You don't have to have to walk to North Dakota and you don't have to take a horse, because you can take a car which has more than one wheel and axel.
Disadvantages: A horse might be a better idea when you think about the bad thing about a wheel and axel because the wheel could break or the axel might break.
Example: car, truck, rolling pin, and a toilet roll and paper.
