Wedge

A wedge is two inclined planes put together. they use force mainly push. an axe is a wedge the tip of the two inclined planes splits the wood! a wedge works in three different ways. a wedge is meant to be forceful so you throw it down and it splits what it hits. The longer and thinner the wedge is the less effort you need to use it. The bad part is that if you have a wider wedge you have to use a lot of effort!
